Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Mass Smart Solutions collects through this website, why, and what happens to it. It covers this website only — not the smart home systems we install, which are governed by your project agreement.
Who we are

What this website collects
Only what you type into the enquiry form:
- Name and email address — required, so we can reply
- Phone number — optional
- Nearest office and project type — optional, so the right team picks it up
- Your message
Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising or tracking scripts, and loads no third-party resources — fonts and every other asset are served from our own domain, so no outside company sees your visit.
What is stored on your device
Two things, both kept in your browser and never sent to us or to anyone else:
- Your language choice — so the site opens in the language you picked instead of asking again.
- Your answer to the storage notice — so it stops appearing once you have replied.
Neither identifies you, neither is a cookie, and clearing your browser data removes both. You can change your answer at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.
We would like to add privacy-friendly analytics — visit counts with no cookies, no cross-site tracking and no personal data. Nothing of the sort is running today, and if it is added it will only load for visitors who have accepted it.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry and, if it becomes a project, to carry out the work. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell or rent it.
How it reaches us
The form is delivered over an encrypted connection by a third-party form service, which passes the message to our inbox. That provider processes the data on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. If you would rather not use the form, email or call any office directly — the details are in the footer.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted once they are clearly not going anywhere. Project correspondence is kept for the life of the engagement and for as long as we are required to keep business records afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email info@we-mass.com and we will respond. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Server logs
Our host keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security and reliability. These are not used to identify you and are not combined with anything from the form.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above.
